  • Now Choose Apply update from the SD card option.
  • In this step, locate the downloaded firmware file from storage.

If above method does not work follow this Hard Reset to wipe all data.

Step – 2

  • If your smartphone is on, turn it off by holding down the power key.
  • In this step, hold down the
    • Power and Volume Up keys.
    • Power and Volume down keys.
  • Release all keys when the brand logo is displayed.
  • When your smartphone reloads, you may see a display screen saying “No Command” with the tricky Android robot.

Exit Recovery mode

  • Choose the Reboot system option, using the volume keys, and confirm with the Power key.
  • In a while, Your device will be rebooted automatically.
  • You have successfully exited recovery mode.

Flashing with Flash Tool

  1. Download the flash file, flash tool, and USB drivers on your PC.
  2. In this step, Install the USB drivers for your Android mobile.
  3. Subsequently, launch the Flash tool on your computer.
  4. Now Power off your mobile.
  5. Then, press and hold
